Q: I am an Australian citizen and I lived in England for around two years. During that time I built up some debt in England with a few credit cards and one loan. I have now returned to Australia and have no intention of moving back to England. Can I use you service as I am not a UK citizen?

A: We can confirm that you are able to use the service that we offer. You do not need to be a UK citizen to be able to apply for bankruptcy from abroad. As long as the debts were incurred in the UK and you lived in England or Wales (in the last 3 years) before you moved there should be no problems.
